Hanky Panky

This smokey lilac ultra sparkly polish is made using hyper-galactic holographic glitter, which gives an intense stellar finish. Shown here with 2 brushed on coats & 2 coats of Elite Top Coat. Dries with a matte & slightly textured finish so Top Coat advised to smooth out & bring out those sparkles!
