Stardust (Topper)

A scattered holographic Top Coat - designed to be worn over other plain nail polishes to instantly transform them into a holo sparkler!

One very thin coat is all thats required so this topper will last a while. Can be worn over any colour of nail polish but works best over darker colours. Can be worn alone for a sheer subtle sparkle. ✨✨
