A scattered reflective glitter Top Coat - designed to be worn over other plain nail polishes to instantly transform them, under flash lighting, into a reflective sparkler! ✨

One very thin coat is all thats required so this topper will last a while. Can be worn over any colour of nail polish. Can also be worn alone for a sheer subtle sparkle.

Topper is quite muted in dull lighting but as soon as it comes into contact with bright light or flash the reflective glitters come alive! ✨💅🏽
